Study Job Capacity in China Forest Industry - Current Situation, Enhancement, Training Program and Sector Prosperity

According to related statistics in 2007 forestry human resources, the paper which is based on constitute, quantity and distribution of forestry human resources uses coefficient equation on human resources capacity designed by Chinese Academy of Sciences to measure the ability level of 2007 china forestry human resources. The results show that our human resources capacity of forestry is in a weaker level on both existing employed person and total quality of human resources. Finally, the paper puts forward to effective countermeasures to enhance the capacity of human resources in forestry, such as the establishment of the lifetime proposed system of forest to capacity-building at the core, developing on-job training and continuing education, enhancing reserves of forestry human resources, increasing investment and promoting growth of forestry human capital.
