Performance Evaluating System of Coal Mine
How to effectively stimulate the employee and get to the management goal has been a research branch of the human resource management in management science. Due to the majority of miners receive little education and have low skill, performance management on miners become particularly important for the coal-mining enterprise. According to the theory of incentive and the principles of performance evaluating, this article designs a team working performance evaluating system for the coal mining enterprise that include three subsystems: working quantity scoring system, individual evaluation indexes system and the performance wage calculating system. The system is integrated into the Management Information System of Shigetai coal mining enterprise. The operating results indicate that the design is consistent with the reality of the coal mine and is benefit to improve the miners working quality.
