Research on Relation between the Enterprise Performance and the Efficient Team
Efficient team is playing the important role for an enterprise. This paper briefly illuminates the meaning of efficient Team and analyzes the relationship between enterprises performance and efficient team. Specifically, It dissects the notion of a high-performance works and three concepts: performance, work practice and systemic effects. The construction effective team of Enterprise includes: Explicit team goal, Effective incentive and restraint mechanisms and collaborative mechanism etc. Finally, this paper constructs how to construct an efficient Team based enterprise performance and put forward high-involvement in high-performance work systems.
