Research on the Application of Flexible Management to the Human Resources in Universities

University teachers are a key part of human resources in Chinese universities and have made their great contribution to the development of universities. Proceeding from the scientific definition of human resources, the paper analyzes the characteristics of Chinese university human resources and points out the problems in the present mode of management. It puts forward the thought of combining principled management with the flexible management. It illustrates the implication and features of the flexible management and the means of carrying out the flexible mode.
