An Analysis of the Management Problem of After 90s Staff in Chinese Private Enterprises
With the development of the Times, after 80s generation has gradually gone towards middle-level managing positions, but the after 90s generation in the enterprise is just first coming to the new workplace, yet the new labor of this new generation will swarm into the workplace in a time. This generation of young people have distinct outlook of life from their parents. This article first analyze the after 90s employee growing environment to analyze their characteristics and tendencies, further to analyze their characteristics from the part of human resources management. As the enterprise management personnel, understand their subordinates according to the old doctrine is wrong, to change the mode of management and communication, as the employee change ,is believed that it will receive a very good effect.
