The Research on Hidden Factors Influencing Successful Employment of the Knowledge-based Initial Job Seekers
There are many factors which influence the successful employment of knowledge-based initial job-seekers. In this paper, we divided these factors into dominant and hidden factors, analyzed the potential impact of hidden factors on the successful employment of the knowledge-based initial job-seekers, build the theoretical relationship model between hidden factors and the successful employment of knowledge-based initial job-seekers and draw a conclusion that hidden factors which were often ignored affect the successful employment of the knowledge-based initial job seekers obviously. We hope to provide a new information and path to resolve the problem of successful employment of the knowledge-based initial job seekers.
