Research the Impact of Financial Crisis on Human Resources Management in SMEs

This paper attempts to analyze the issues of the impact of financial crisis on Human Resources Management of SMEs (small and medium enterprises). As one of the most important parts in the field of economic and social development in our country, SMEs play a very important role in the development of our nations economy. However, along with the Situation of global financial crisis, the international competition that enterprise confronted with is more and more fierce. Workforce management play important role to development of SMEs. The thesis, based on main subjects above, first analyses the SMEs problems of workforce management. Then, it analyzes the impacts of financial crisis on Human Resources Management in SMEs. Finally, the present paper brings forward the measures to promote workforce management in SMEs under the background of financial crisis.
