Implicit Competence-Based Recruitment of B Category Staff
As the input of staff, recruitment plays a decisive weight in the human resources management. Starting from the importance of B category staff, this paper analyzed the shortcomings of the traditional recruitment, explored the benefits of recruitment combining with competencies, with one company as an example, constructed the Implicit Competence Model of B category staff, through using the structured interviews and leaderless group discussions, elaborated the whole process of recruitment based on this model, the supporting links was also brought forward, this paper provided a reference for B category staff selection.
