Study of Female Students Employment Problem

More and more young people were recruited by the universities and colleges after the expansion of Chinas higher education system, almost half of them are female. Face with a series of revolutions in Chinas education system, especially the university graduate employment mechanism was turn to the self-employment, two-way choice marketoriented mechanism, the increasing female students employment problem has aroused widespread concern. The female students will face an even more severe test in the process of job hunting under the new situation of that the economic is impacting by the financial crisis, the human resource market is in a downturn and most companies are cutting their staff. In this paper, besides recover the female students employment status, also analyze the root cause of this problem, try to propose some useful advices.
