E+O Theory Applied to Reform Workforce in Tourism Enterprises
This article analyzes the human resources management (HRM) in the economic crisis with theory E and theory O. We put forward that we should use theory E+O to the HRM reforms of the tourism enterprises. We draw a conclusion that tourism enterprises can placidly pull through the economic crisis by using theory E+O from analyzing human resources management in (o) aspects, which include involving in the strategic decision-makings of the reforms, constructing reasonable pay systems, staff layoffs, the corporate culture innovation, well doing to be the backing of the staff, and establishing institutional systems to consolidate the outcome of the reform.
