The Recruitment and Selection Model of Toyota Motor Corporation under the Lean Production Methods

Recruitment and selection are important functions in human resources management. However, how to make the recruitment serving for the strategic goals of the company is a big challenge. Applying strategic human resource management theory, this article takes Toyota of Japan as the example, analyses the characteristics of the recruitment and selection model under the lean production methods and its human resource advantages.Then some conclusions have been put forward.
