A Review of Chinese Human Resource Planning Literature
The present paper reviewed the relevant literature in the field of Chinese human resources planning which is an important module in HRM, and found that current research achievement mainly focused on three aspects which are respectively human resources planning models and methods, strategic direction and empirical research. According to the development tendency for HRP, the paper pointed Chinese scholars and processors should pay more attentions on the combination between strategic decisions and tactical actions, the flexibility and the stability of HRP, the top-down method and the bottom-up method, the sustainable improvement and scientific estimation.
