Research on Relationship Incentive of Constrution Project Manager Vs. Team Members Based on Relational Contract Theory
By application of relational contract theory and game theory, this paper studies relations of relationship incentive variable and performance under the condition of self-implementation. We draw two conclusions. First, in construction project that the lower is high performance of project team members, the bigger is relationship incentive of project manager vs. team members; Instead, the higher is high performance of project team members, the smaller is relationship incentive of project manager vs team members. The second, the higher is low performance of project team members, the bigger is relationship incentive of project manager vs. team members; Instead, the lower is low performance of project team members, the smaller is relationship incentive of project manager vs. team members. We hope these conclusions will provide theoretic basis for project manager to encourage the team members effectively according to their performance.
