A Study of Performance Appraisal Based on Compensation Modes of Sales Representatives
Sales representatives are important indicators of sales capacity and competitive advantage of enterprises. Unfortunately, there have been no some scientific and effective methods for performance evaluation, which would otherwise benefit enterprises and motivate sales staff and improve their job satisfaction. To fill this gap, this paper argues for a performance appraisal based on compensation modes of sales representatives as a tentative study and suggests a performance assessment index system of appraisal for practical use.
