Research on the Compensation of Senior Enterprise Leaders on the Background of the Financial Crisis
The outbreak of the financial crisis has brought great changes to the environment of the economic and financial markets. These changes have had profound effects on the incentives to senior enterprise leaders. On the background of the financial crisis, the researcher advercates the problem: How to inventive the top-level executives on the time of economy recession, then analyzes the problems and shortcomings of the existing executive incentive compensation during the period of macro-economic downturn with the comparative method and compensational theories, finally the author draws the conlusions and offers some measures to solve the problems above at least find the ways to make up for all the deficiencies.
