On the Selective Application of the Incentive Pay
Pay administration, as a modem means of human resources management, has long been considered as the most difficult and sensitive task. In recent years, more and more attention has been paid to this issue, which has risen to a strategic level, and has become an effective method to upgrade the competitiveness of enterprises. The incentive pay is a must in pay administration for any organization. As a result, this paper attempts to suggest that the enterprises select the appropriate incentive pay pattern and will discuss how to select and apply incentive pay. The conclusion is that the mere focus on the issue of incentive pay itself is not enough to retain the human resources. Only the apprepriate grasp of the various functions of the incentive pay can it play its role properly.
