The Cause and Countermeasure of Salary Management in Small and Medium Enterprises
At present, managers in small and medium enterprises do not pay much attention to salary management. It causes brain drain and great losses to the enterprises. This paper discusses the related concepts of salary and its principle, and then analyses the problems of salary management in small and medium enterprises. Consequently, we make an analysis on the cause of the problems and put forward the countermeasures from salary system, performance evaluation, fairness and competitiveness, and supervision mechanism.
