Research on the Incentive Measures of Talents in University-enterprise Knowledge Innovation Aliance

摘要：

University-enterprise cooperation is an important way to promote the innovation abilities of universities and enterprises. Among all the cooperation models, the establishment of university-enterprise knowledge innovation aliance is a wise move. In this paper, we will define the university-enterprise cooperation model called knowledge innovation aliance between university and enterprise, analyze the talents characteristics in the aliance and put forward effective incentive measures to improve the innovation capabilities of universities and enterprises.
