Influential Factors on Corporate Executive Compensation: An Analysis Framework

The corporate executive compensation issue is complex and perplexing. Research on this issue is a theoretical and practical program facing by enterprise management incentive. Compensation for top management includes two parts: unchangeable salary and changeable salary. Based on value management theory, incentive theory, and enterprise theory, there are three kinds of factors that influence top management salary: individual factors, organizational factors and environmental factors. The analysis framework mainly explores how these factors impact top management salaries.
