Research on Incentive Mechanism and Adjustment Measures of Jinan SME

This paper analyzes the incentive mechanism and elemental measures of SME in Jinan city with empirical research methods, proposing adjust tactics on that. The article is divided into three parts: In the first part, we analyze the status quo of incentive mechanism in SME by questionnaire of job satisfaction surveys of SME staff, getting the relationship between job satisfaction and incentive factors by empirical research. In the second part, we put forward specific proposals and adjust the strategy on incentive mechanism. The last part is the conclusions of this paper.
