The Present Situation and Measures of Human Resource Development in University Libraries
University libraries are the places to serve for university teaching and research, and also the universities information support platform. Whether to complete the library to one of the three big props of modernized university, and to meet the needs of teaching and research, the key is the librarians work enthusiasm, initiative and activity. Therefore, the library HRM (human resources managemen0 question needs to be discussed. This paper introduces the situations of HRM, and puts forwards the measures that the HRM system should take in university libraries, at last draws the conclusion that because of the historical reason and the system malpractice which the institutions have existed for a long time as well as the backward management thought habit, in terms of the current theoretical research and the practical management, there are still many issues in HRM in university libraries, their resolution needs the support of the national policies, the attention of school leadership and the joint effort of library leadership and all staff.
