Staff Training Strategy based on the Communication and the Psychological Contract Model
The training of the employees in the business enterprises can not only improve the employees work technical ability but also get the employees approval and loyalty, which can lead to the better accomplishment. The process of the training toward employees can be considered as the process that makes a psychological contract between the enterprises and the employees, which is based on the communication and psychological contract model. This can set up a modified model to correct the psychological contract disobey through keeping on communicating .Regarding this as foundation, the corresponding strategy in training is adopted in order to improve the quality and impact.
