Analysis on Employees On-Job-Training Program from Human Capital Model
Learning organization creation is based on employee training in an enterprise, and has received major attention in government and enterprise nowadays. Employee training is the main part of enterprises human resource exploitation and management, which determines enterprises success and failure. As human capital theory shows, investment revenue rate of human capital is the most rapid. With-improvement of human resource through employee training is key factor for holding on enterprises competitive competency and sustaining development. The paper expounds employee training result for improvement of human capital accumulation by model design from quantity. On the basis of research the paper draws a conclusion and gives some measure.
