Study on Chinas Human Resource Training for Small and Medium-sized Enterprise

With the advent of the era of knowledge economy and modem development of science and technology in the market economy, an enterprise is to survive and develop in the market, and maintain long-term competitive advantage, the key factor is the talent. As an important part of modem business management, the human resources training has become very important research topic for the business leaders and human resource workers. The article mainly carries out some study on human resource training for Chinas small and medium enterprises, first of all, this article analyzes the domestic and international research in human resource training, and on this basis, makes the in-depth analysis of problems in the training of human resources of SMEs and then gives the corresponding recommendations and countermeasures for the problems, finally arrives at some conclusions.
