On Chinese Entrepreneurial Competency Model

摘要：

This paper aims to define the concept of entrepreneur, analyze its characteristics, and create entrepreneurial competency model based on traditional competency model. Explain the relationship between the two models. Meanwhile we also offer simple introduction of entrepreneurship relating knowledge, skills and experience, explore potential entrepreneurial competencies in detail, which are competencies related with entrepreneurship motivation, project option, human relation management, scientific management, business advantage, and entrepreneurship commitment. Finally, entrepreneurial competency model are created to explain the key role it plays in relation to entrepreneurial success.
