A Capacity Survey of Entrepreneur Human Capitali
The evaluation of entrepreneur human capital is a leading edge of modem economics. It is at the junction of enterprise management study and economics. Now, the definition of reward for entrepreneur human capital is misty, also, the evaluation of entrepreneur human capital is unreasonable. China is a country with big potential in economic development. There are two important missions to accomplish in human capital field. One is avoiding drainage of entrepreneur human capital; the other is attracting and fostering more entrepreneur human capital that has creativity and outstanding competence. We evaluate the entrepreneur human capital capacity by the methods of combining qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis, combining management and economics. In the empirical study, we divide a layer of index in evaluation system of the entlepreneur human capital capacity, use the method of Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) to make a quantitative estimation on the importance of the impact factors. We conclude that the endogenous capacity and the exogenous capacity are equally important to the formation of entrepreneur human capital capacity. Then we construct an integrated table of quantitative evaluation about entrepreneur human capital capacity, point out the right direction for our country about the development of entrepreneur human capital capacity in the future.
