Research on Entrepreneurs Value in Corporate Governance

摘要：

The entrepreneur human capital has a property characteristic, and it is equal important with material capital in the course of enterprise value creation, market value increase and risk undertaking. With Chinas economic development, more and more people have realized the important role of entrepreneurs. This paper combines theory with practice of entrepreneurs value in China, analyzes entrepreneurs and their role in the corporate governance structure. Then, this paper puts forward with a variety of ways to achieve entrepreneurs value, with a view to promote the consistency objectives and incentive compatibility of investors and entrepreneurs.
