Analysis of the Factors that Effect the Supply of Entrepreneur
Entrepreneur is not only the center of an enterprise, but also the engine of economic development. The demand for entrepreneur increases constantly in modern market economy, but the supply of entrepreneur is restrained by many factors. The factors affect the supply of entrepreneur can be divided into systemic factors and non-systemic factors. Systemic factors consists of regular and irregular systemic ,which are the decisive factors of entrepreneur .Non-systemic factors such as the scale of potential entrepreneur resource, the cost to train entrepreneurs ,the period to develop an entrepreneur and the social network for the growth of an entrepreneur affect the supply of entrepreneur in a large scale.
