Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of Chinese Enterprise - A gambling research on official position, official function and official effect - The Three Strategy
This article takes official position, official function and official effect as a starting point and discusses the relation between Chief Financial Officer (CFO) with CEO and other Vice Presidents in the enterprise. To ensure that the CFOs internal power could enhance Chinese corporations CFOs quality, this paper clearly puts forward that CFO must play a key role in the companys management, which can continuously upgrade the necessary unique ability and maximize its leading role in controlling cost, keeping cost-leading and improving core competitiveness. Key word: The Three Strategy financial project system CFO core competitiveness With the extending of global economic crisis, the survival and development of enterprises face with severe challenges and improving companys core competitiveness is the key of ensure the realization of its strategic objectives. The purpose of designing financial project system is to guarantee the carry out and implements of the large companys strategy. How can we ensure an effective management system of financial project operations? In addition to the scientific of the system itself, Chief Financial Officer (CFO) must be in a high position of management in order to effectively play their own unique ability and her crucial role in effectively running financial project system. The Three strategy is put forward to explore the use of CFOs official position in Chinas enterprise, motivation of CFOs ability and the relationship of the profits.
