Analysis of Relationship between President of Board and CEO

The integration of president of board and CEO or not is a focus of significance in corporate governance. From the separation of two posts, chairman of board has supervisory duty management regardless low restriction. And it may produce a power struggle between them. While the integration of chairman and CEO, like a coin has two sides, also both has the positive and negative effects.
