Enlightenment of Financial Crisis on Credit Rating Agencies and Employee Ethics in China

摘要：

In the evolution process of financial crisis in U.S.A, the credit rating industry has a compelling responsibility. In this paper, the internal logic which leads to the loss of integrity of credit rating industry was analyzed. Ethical issues in the credit rating agencies exposed in sub-loan crisis was studied in this paper. Only the ethics-orientation is emphasized in the system design and system implementation and employee ethics is actively guided and implemented to enhance the professional quality of employees, can credit rating agencies play its own role.
