The Feasibility Study of Flexible Employment in SMEs

摘要：

The flexible employment gradually develops with the growing uncertainty of development environment for enterprises, pressure from employment situation, multiple employment modes and change in view of individual value in the society. This thesis raises measures of flexible employment in small and medium enterprises to enhance their adaptability on basis of the analysis of the features and functions of this employment mode.
