Application Study of TOC Theory for Project Rural Resettlement

摘要：

As a break, typical cases about right aggression of rural involuntary resettlement involved in domestic public infrastructure project construction are chose, and refer to the methods and principles of Theory of Constraints, resettlement within infrastructure project will be analyzed in these pages. By drawing Tree of Current Reality, which for finding out the bottleneck of resettlement, improvement measures are put forward based on Hierarchy of Needs Theory by Abralana Maslow, in order to make resettling smoothly and efficiently and accomplish harmonious resettlement.
