On Human Resources Exploitation in the Construction of New Socialist Rural Area

摘要：

The key to build new village is to arouse the peasants initiative,enthusiasm,and creativity,and to exploit and cultivate rural human resources,let the farmers become the main body in the construction of socialist new countryside in our country.This article has analyzed the present situation of contemporary countryside human resources development,points out our countryside existence a few faults including oversized cardinal number, rapidly population growth, low cultural quality,etc.Then proposed a series of measures such as transform farmers idea, perfect rural education system, construct the perfect social security system and so on,so as to better developing countryside human resources.
