Research on Status Quo and Development Paths of Chinas Rural Human Resources
It is an important solution to resolve the problems of agriculture, countryside and farmers and to build a new countryside in our country by developing rural human resources vigorously, cultivating and training new type of farmers with cultural quality, technology skills and business capabilities. The status quo and problems of Chinas rural labor force are that of a huge number but a low educational level, poor physical quality and serious psychological poverty, weak civic awareness and void of rights, differential discrimination and so on. The author analyzes the reasons for the status quo from the aspects of rural human capital, dual economic structure and rural labor property rights, and then the author puts forward the measures of improving rural education system, eliminating unreasonable .discrimination systems, exerting governments active role in rural human resources development, etc., which could improve the overall quality of rural population and turn the population pressure into human resources advantage.
