Empirical Analysis on Transfer Intention in Rich Labor-force Rural Areas, Jiangxi Province

摘要：

The transfer of rural surplus labor force is one of the important tasks for Chinas building industrialized country, and it is an important way to increase the farmers income and to build a peaceful society. As a major agricultural province in central region, the transfer of rural surplus labor force is also very serious in Jiangxi Province due to historical factors. In the paper, we first analyzed the incentive factors and constraining factors of the transfer of rural surplus labor force in Jiangxi Province, and then we made use of statistical methods to carry out empirical analysis on the factors impacting the transfer of rural labor force, finally we drew relevant conclusions.
