Tendency of Demographic Transition from rural surplus labor force - Case Study from Dongying City, Shandong Province
According to the popular rule of the world economic, and along with the persistent boost of the industrialization and agriculture modernization, the labor used to agriculture will get less and less, which cause the abundant Surplus of labor force from agriculture. The scope and pressure of the population floating and surplus labor floating in our agriculture is getting harder and harder, so that it will a necessary demand of our economic and social development and also a time-consuming and hard task to transfer the surplus labor quickly and reasonably. In this thesis, there are some ideas and ways for solving the problem, upon research of surplus labor forces right floating in Dongying, analyzing its reason and combining with the popular instance in our country.
