Research on Rural Human Resources Flow-Equal Opportunity, Training Program and Regional Job Vacancy

摘要：

Human resources in rural areas are the important resources with enormous potentials, the flow of rural human resources will have an important impact on the economic and social development. In this paper, based on the current situation and new problems, we analyze the law and influencing factors of the flow of rural human resources. We then put forward a set of countermeasures which will fit in with the national conditions of Chinas rural human resources flow from the following aspects of the rural human resources equal flow system, the education and training system, and the labor market system which is to balance urban and rural development. This will significantly guide the rational flow of human resources in rural areas, and promote rural development and socio-economic development.
