Analysis of the Characteristics and Countermeasures to the Migration of Chinas Rural Labor Force
Migration of the rural labor force of our country is a key subject facing the realization of industrialization as well as fundamental method for China to solve the three rural issues concerning agriculture, rural areas and farmers. Up till now, the surplus rural labor force has entered a new development stage, when it takes the feature of a short-term migration instead of a permanent one. Its migration takes strong industrial features, too. Structural disequilibration of the employment concerning the said labor force has become even more obvious. However, cultural quality is still the main barrier to its migration. This paper is combined with the characteristics of the migration of the rural labor force of our country and oriented towards the solutions to its existing problems. Therefore, it is necessary for relevant government departments to formulate policies that complies with the economic laws and plays a guiding role.
