The Negative Effects of the Transfer of the Rural Laborers——An Analysis Focusing on the Case of Western China
Anything has its positive and negative effect according to the dialectical method. This paper attempts to explore the negative effect of the transfer of the rural laborers. Confirming the great positive effect of the transfer of the rural laborers, the author also emphasizes its negative effects, and then analyzes systematically its negative effect on agriculture, countryside and farmer. In this context, the paper gets its conclusion that it is necessary to pay more attention to the negative effect of the transfer of the rural laborers when the transfer steps into certain stage.
