Study on Core Employees Leaving Crises and Alert System in SMEs
With the increasingly intensive international competition and the quick changeable market environment, the core employee turnover frequency of SMEs (Small and Medium Enterprises) enterprise is higher and higher. It is very necessary to establish the special management department of core employee turnover crisis, design scientific and reasonable alert indexes and establish perfect core employee turnover crisis alert system of minor enterprise for establishing effective turnover management countermeasure, reducing the probability of core employee turnover crisis, avoiding and reducing losses for enterprises and establishing long-term strategic human resource plan.
