A Synthetic Evaluation of Talents Growth Environment in Jiangsus Major Cities
The construct of talents growth urban environment is the important source for the region to attract and development talents, to promote person to innovate. It is also the important condition to accelerate the development of regional economic and as well as a strong driving force for the long-term development of the region. Based on the above, this paper establishes an evaluation indicator system of the growth of talents environment, using principal component analysis to evaluate talents growth environment in Jiangsus major cities. The result shows that, it is obviously different that talents growth environment in Jiangsus thirteen cities: South Jiangsu is the first, then Middle Jiangsu, North Jiangsu is the last.
