Analysis on the Management of Regional Human Resources Development
The human resources have played an increasingly important impact on a regions economic development nowadays. This article applies the synthesis method and put forward the concept of human resource development. Through comparing the differences on the inter-regional economic development the author regards the human resources development as the key factor affecting regional economic development. To conclude, to develop the regional economic, it is suggested to build regional human resources management system, and also propose to develop human resources and optimize the configuration.
