Labor Market Segmentation and Structural Unemployment in Shandong Province
The impact of international financial crisis makes the employment in Shandong Province face with serious challenges, and long-standing division of the labor market constrained in employment has become increasingly prominent. From the empirical analysis of the labor market in Shandong Province, the author puts forward that it necessary to break the labor market segmentation, to enhance the mobility of the labor market and at the same time to achieve full employment of university graduates to build a unified labor market in response to the new situation of employment.
