On the Regional Coordination of Tourism Human Resource and Development Strategy in China

The paper selects 31 provinces in China as research targets and evaluates the level of tourism HR (human resource) and the level of tourism industry of every province respectively. Firstly the paper constructs evaluation index of regional tourism industry and tourism HR. Then the paper gets the evaluation scores of every province by applying the PCA (principal components analysis) and SPSS (Statistical Package for the Social Sciences) processing. Secondly the paper builds the tourism development-tourism HR matrix and divides the matrix into 4 quadrants. Finally the paper points out the problems of tourism HR that exist in the 31 provinces and brings forward development strategy.
