Evaluation and Countermeasures of Attracting Talents in Private Enterprises
This paper analyses factors of private enterprises to attract talents in depth. A model on enterprise attraction to talents is built according to the problems existing in private enterprises. Consequently, private enterprises should be in accord with their own characteristics and the changing of internal and external environment for better development. They also have to put great importance onto the differentiation of intellectual introduction. A solution to bring up the loyalty and contribution of staff was proposed from the viewpoint of business culture, policy, and administration, etc.
