The global financial crisis starting off in America has resulted in a large number of high-end financial professional unemployed, which can be regarded as a great opportunity for Shanghai to build an international financial center by bring in the high-end financial professionals. This paper will discuss and analysis how Shanghai will make use of the chance in this crisis and works out the strategy for introduction of financial talents by build the three major fields of financial elite, which will pave the road for Shanghai to build the international financial center.
