The Consideration on Talents Cultivation Of China Cultural Industry
China cultural industry field presents the good tendency of the fast development in the recent years,but the shortage of cultural talents becomes the biggest obstacle which slow down the development of cultural industry. It mainly presented as the low quality of the whole culcutral personnel involved,the scarcity of high level administration talents, management talents, creative talents and the creative and compound talents of the cultural industry. There are many reasons for it. Besides the education system, lack of study on basic theory and teaching resources and so on are all the factors. This paper probes into how to enlarge the width and depth of cultural industry talents cultivation, so as to train more high level talents to prorate the development speed of China cultural industry.
