Analyzing on Crisis of College Graduates Employment in Sociology and Psychology
Under the influence of the economic crisis, the issue of employment of college graduates become increasingly prominent, and attracted wide attention, the article from the perspective of sociology and psychology led to an analysis of the reasons for the employment difficulties faced by college graduates, the social environment of college students employment and psychological factors are fundamental in the long term, and there is relevant to focus on coping strategies, by developing career education and social support systems, improving the psychological adjustment capacity of students and promoting the society process of students, thus come to the conclusion that must speeding up the process of new educational methods to explore and improve the function and role of government, businesses and colleges and universities to enhance a deeper convergence, can solve the problem from fundamentally.
