Fuzzy evaluation and selection of Graduate from Marketing Faculty
Marketing specialists are the core of enterprise resources, which have a vital role in the development of enterprise. In the enterprise marketing specialists recruiting process, whether make scientific, objective and fair assessment to the marketing graduate have a direct impact on the performance of corporate marketing. In our paper, through the Delphi method, we set up graduate from marketing faculty index system first; secondly, we constitute a model which uses the Triangular fuzzy number theory combining with FAHP (the fuzzy analytic hierarchy process) to assess marketing specialists. Finally, write an example which is three interview experts making fuzzy set to three marketing major graduates. Contract to traditional AHP method, this method is easier for experts to make fair and objective assessment, easier for enterprise to select marketing specialists.
